We have a deep love and respect for our Designing Me Sisterhood! For this reason we want to provide you constantly with new ways and ideas to practice self-love and self-care. Why is it so important to practice love for yourself? I have said this before and it is really truly something that is very true and dear to my heart. You cannot give what you don’t have! First we have to fill our own love tank with love and deep appreciation for ourselves, before we can even think of sharing it with others. You deserve to feel good! You deserve to feel loved…. because you are really special and absolutely worth it.

5. Flow Yoga
Flow yoga is a term given to a style of yoga where the practitioner moves gracefully from one pose to the next and the class, or practice, becomes almost like a dance. Like the movement, Flow Yoga is also good for shifting and moving energy. This is also a great mindfulnes exercise, because you have to totally tune into your body to move from one position to another. So get your Yoga mat or towel out and start moving to the rhythm of your own body. Try it… It’s Free!
