I am always on the lookout for new ways to reprogram my subconscious mind and to build new healthy habits. If you want to change old habits, values, and beliefs you have to reprogram the subconscious mind. It is in the subconscious mind where that little program is running and to get any change you have to clear and rewrite your program. So there are many ways to achieve the desired results and Meditation is just one of the methods. It is by far my favorite method and I enjoy the calmness and clarity after meditating. You don’t have to sit for hours on end to achieve results…. just a few minutes every day. For me personally, 20 to 30 minutes is just enough. Doing an early morning Meditation ritual in conjunction with my Gratitude Journal definitely gives me that super positive kick-start to my day. It clears my mind of negative thoughts and I replace those thoughts with positive and uplifting thoughts.
